nature is a gift of god and people have no right to spoil it.ok we know that its a way of advertisement but its not a right thing to do.advertisment can be done in other ways too.people generally ignore this matters but its a mater of great concern.people generally do this in order to create an attention or awarness in public but way is not right.....humans should be allowed to do this .fines can be charged .....
