Q1.why do we get a forward puch when brakes are applied?

1) because of inertia. Our body was moving but when the brakes are applied it suddenly stops but it tends to be in motion
2) because when a cell gets damaged, lysosomes burst and the enzymes digest their own cell

ANS---2--->lysosomes digest or damage its own cells by its own enzymes, which lead to cell death. This process is called as autolysis. Hence lysosomes are also called as suicide bags
