1. The doctors put glucose drip to weak patients as the patients are not able to eat the food which will provide them energy. We also know that the food we intake is converted to glucose (energy) inside the body. So, the doctors provide energy to the patients directly in the form of glucose.

2.The food move in the opposite direction during vomiting due to the opening of the valve at the oesophagus , and the food flow back due to cohesive forces of the walls.

3. The foods rich in vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, etc
