Sir

With respect to your esteemed columns of your newspaper, I am writing a letter with utmost grief on the above topic.

As rainy days come, it brings damage; not to livelihood, but to the transportation structures. One of them is roads. which are inevitable part of transport. We use it frequently for going anywhere. These roads are mended about once in 6 months, and there's no regularity as well. These roads break down often, and then after several letters the Municipal Corporation takes charge. But this time they didn't even care to look at those letters and hence, the roads are broken and we can't go anywhere.

Through your newspaper, I want them to know the bad conditions so that the sleeping authorities can work on it as soon as possible. I hope your my letter will find a suitable space to get published in your esteemed columns.

Sir,

I am a person living in the ___ colony, I know that your newspaper is very concerned and delightful to the people. Thus, I am giving you this message.

I wanna tell you about the condition of the roads of our colony. In the starting of the monsoon season, our roads are fine, but at the end, of the rainy season, it causes a huge damage to the roads of our colony. And, also, we have told the counsellor of our colony to make our roads proper. But, no reply wents on!
