Explanation:

Through this ujwala yojana government is trying to fill the gap between the rich and the poor. By  selling the LPG gas to the rich at higher price government  helps the poor as it collects the money from the rich and provide LPG connection free to the poor with subsidies rates to those who are below poverty line. Government  wants to make the good relations between the rich and poor because rich people eats the right of poor. So this the step which makes the poor and rich together.
