Answer:

Molecular weight of washing soda is 286 g/mol and of CaCO3 is 100 g/mol. CaSO4 + Na2CO3 → CaCO3 + Na2SO4 0.0286 g Na2CO3.10H2O = 0.0286/ 2862 × 103 ...

According to question:-

Molar mass of Na2CO3.10H2O=286

Molar mass 10H2O=180

So,

286 g washing soda contain water of crystallization =180g

then,

57.2 g of washing soda contain=180/286*57.2

=35.999

Left mass of sodium carbonate =57.2-35.9999

=>21.2g
