Total number of marbles Amitabh had - 80

In the first 8 games,
he gained (-4) marbles in each game.

Therefore,
Total number of marbles he gained = 8*(-4) = (-24)

In the next 4 games,
he gained 5 marbles in each game.

Therefore,
total number of marbles he gained now = 4*5 = 20

Therefore,
total number of marbles Amitabh now have = total number of marbles he had before playing + total number of marbles he gained.
= 80 + {(-24)+20} marbles
= 80 + {-4} marbles
= 80 - 4 marbles
= 76 marbles.
