☀️ As per the given information, we can assume the required numbers according to the question and  we can find them by forming an equation according to the given condition and after solving that equation we'll get the required answer.

~Let the numbers be ' 5x ' and ' 3x '

\underline{\bigstar\:\textsf{According\;to\;question \: :}}

➟ 5x - 3x = 18

➟ 2x = 18

➟ x = 18/2

➟ x = 18 ÷ 2

➟ x = 9

Finding the numbers :-

    » First number = 5x = 5 × 9 = 45

    » Second number = 3x = 3 × 9 = 27

____________

Henceforth, the required numbers are 45 and 27.

Provided: Two numbers are in the ratio 5:3 & they differ by 18.

Need to find: The numbers.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

❍ Let's say, that the first number be 5x and second number be 3x.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

\underline{\bigstar\boldsymbol{\;According\;to\;the\;</p><p>Question:}}

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • The two numbers differ by 18.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

:\implies\sf{First\;number-Second\;number=18}\\\\\\\\:\implies\sf{5x-3x=18}\\\\\\\\:\implies\sf{2x=18}\\\\\\\\:\implies\sf{x=\cancel{\dfrac{18}{2}}}\\\\\\\\:\implies\underline{\boxed{\pink{\frak{x=9}}}}{\;\bigstar}

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Therefore,

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • First no. = 5x, 5(9) = 45
  • Second no. = 3x, 3(9) = 27

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

\therefore\;{\underline{\sf{Hence,\;the\;two\;numbers\;are\;{\textsf{\textbf{45\;}}}\&amp;\;{\textsf{\textbf{27}}}}.}}⠀⠀⠀⠀
