Q 15. Given: Percentage of boys = 25%

                      Total no. of students = 60

                      Percentage of girls = 100% - 25%

                                                       = 75%

Solution:

So, 75% of 60 is,

                               75/100*60

                              =   45

So, the no. of girls = 45

So, the no. of boys will be,

                                              60 - 45

                                             = 15

Therefore, the no. of girls will be 45 and no. of boys would be 15.

Q 16. Answer: 1.1 kg of rotten apples were bought.
