                       When most of the European countries providing higher education for free most of the institutions in our country are collecting donations and capitation fee other than semester fees. It is the hard reality of the Indian education system where there is a lot of money to spend on a statue than to spend on education of their own students.

Actually, higher education is a little bit luxury for middle class citizens of India. Where government running institutions are very few and private institutions are countless like stars.

I am a topper in my school and I wish to join this particular college for continuing my higher studies. However, i cannot pay donations other than semester fee for that particular college. So I am about to join some random college.
