Q21. Find the area of triangle using Heron's formula whose side are 60cm, 100cm and
140cm.​

Answer:

a = 60cm, b = 100cm, c= 140cm.

S = a+b+c/2 = 300/2 = 150

Therefore, s-a = 110cm

s-b = 50cm

s-c = 10cm

Area of triangle = square root of (s*s-a*s-b*s-c)

                           = square root of (150*110*50*10)

                           = square root of (3*5*2*5*11*2*5*5*2*5*2*5)

                           = 5*5*5*2*2 square root of (3*11)

                           = 500 square root of 33 sq.cm.
