Solution :-

The smallest number divisible by both 20 and 23 is LCM of them .

So,

Prime factors of 20 and 23 :-

→ 20 = 2 * 2 * 5

→ 23 = 1 * 23

LCM = 2² * 5 * 23 = 460 .

So, Next number divisible by both 20 and 23 are the multiples of 460.

Now, Lets check options , which one of them also divides 460.

Check :-

→ 460/42 = 10.95

→ 460/224 = 2.05

→ 460/46 = 10.

→ 460/85 = 5.41

As we can see only 46 completely divides 460.

Therefore, we can conclude that, if a number is divisible by 20 and 23 , than , it is also divisible by 46.
