(a) Which produces more severe burns - boiling water at 100°C or steam at 100°C?
(b) Which is more effective for cooling purposes - ice at 273K or water at 273K?

a) The steam will produce more severe burn. Because. it have more energy although they hace same temperature it have an extra Lattice energy of vapourisation.

B) The ice will have more cooling power because it will store more lattice energy of fusion.
