sum of zeros = (+3-3)

=> 0

product of zeros = (+3*-3)

=> -9

polynomial= k{x^2-(sum of zeros)x+(product of zeros)}

=>k{x^2-0x-9}

=> let k = 1 then the quadratic polynomial is x^2-9 or x^2-0x-9
