Answer:

3/5 and 7/8

Multiplying 3/5 by 8/8 and 7/8 by 5/5 to make the denominator equal

=> 3/5 *8/8 and 7/8*5/5

=> 24/40 and 35/40

So, rational number between 24/40 and 35/40 are :-

25/40 , 26/40 , 27/40, 28/40 , 29/40 , 30/40 , 31/40 , 32/40 , 33/40 , 34/40

There can be infinity rational between the numbers 3/5 and 5/6

Answer:

Question :- Six rational numbers

Given :- numbers are

=> 6/7 , 7/8

=> 3/5 , 5/6

Solution :-

=> Firstly same the denominator

=> Take LCM of denominator

=> Divide denominator by LCM

=> Multiply numerator by answer

=> Simplify it

1) Six rational numbers between 6/7 and 7/8

=> LCM of 7 and 8 = 56

=> 48/ 56 and 49 / 56

=> Multiply by 1+ given rational numbers

=> 48/56*7/7 = 336/392

49/56*7/7 = 343/ 392

=> Hence rational numbers are

=> 337/392

=> 338/392

=> 339/392

=> 340/392

=> 341 /392

=> 342/392

2) Six rational numbers between 3/5 and 5/6

=> LCM of 5 , 6 = 30

=> 18/ 30 and 25/30

=> Multiply 1+ given rational numbers

=> 18/30 *7/7 = 126/ 210

25/30*7/7 = 175/210

=> Hence rational numbers are

=> 127/210

=> 128/210

=> 129/210

=> 130 /210

=> 131/210

=> 132/210
