He takes 80 steps a minute and each step is 40 cm . He covers 32 m a minute and hence 32*60= 1920 m an hour. So speed is 1.92 km/h

Length of each step is 40cm .
Total distance travelled in 1 minute = 3200 cm
= > 3200 * 0.01 m/min
= > 32 m/min
= > 32 * 60 m/hr
= > 1920 m/hr
= > 1920 * 0.001 m/hr
= > 1.92 km/hr.
