health is a great blessing for us because if we'll be healthy so we can do all our work by ourselves we'll be not dependent on someone else .and if we'll be sick we'll be burden on others and maybe other peoples would care for us reluctantly and would make frowns.if we'll be healthy we would do a job and live a good life .but if we would be rich but not healthy so we could not buy health.and for being healthy we should do exercise for 30 minutes at least a day and it's really good to walk in the morning because it keeps our brain healthy and refresh and according to the scientist research our life increases if we would walk in the morning
