Q5 .At night it is difficult to see through a closed glass window from inside of an illuminated room. But this becomes relatively easy if the lights in the room are switched off?

As an example: During sunny day time I canot see the stars and planets - during moonlight I can see the stars and planet but with some difficulty and during a No moon Amavasya night I can see and enjoy the heavenly skies.
Glass become more reflective when bright light hits it form the side it is being viewed from. That’s how one way mirrors act as well.
