Sperm cells reach to the stigma through pollination.
When they reach stigma a tube start forming b/w pollen grain and ovary through style.
Sperm cells are contained in pollen grain.

fertilization in plants takes part in the ovary of a female flower....ripe pollen from an anther comes in contact with the stigma.. the pollen comes to the stigma then a tube grows from the pollen grain through the style of the ovary..we already know Inside the ovary there are ovules n each ovule has an egg in it ..when one of the sperm cells fuse with an egg inside the ovule fertilization occours
