First draw a rough sketch

Second draw Diagonal of AC of length 7Cm

Third taking 4.5 as radius and A as a centre , draw an arc on top of AC.

Forth taking 5.5 as CM as radius and C as a centre draw an arc on top of AC

Sixth taking 6 cm as radius and A as centre draw an arc on bottom of AC

Seventh taking 5 cm as radius and C as a centre draw an arc on bottom of AC

Eight Let B be the point where arc intersect on top of AC and D be the point where arc intersect below AC

join AB, BC AD, CD and label the sides.

ABCD is quadrilateral.
