solution= 1=a rough sketch will help us in visualising the quadrilateral. We draw this first and mark the measurements.

2= From the rough sketch , it is easy to see that triangle NEA can be constructed using SSS construction condition. Draw triangle NEA

3= Now, we have to locate the fourth point R. This R would be on the side opposite to E with reference to NA. For that, we have two measurements.

R is 4cm away from N . So , wit N as centre , draw an arc of radius 4cm.

4= R is 7cm away from A. So with A as centre , draw an arc of radius 7cm.

5= R should lie on both the arc drawn. So it is the point of intersection of the two arcs. Mark R and complete NEAR. NEAR is the required quadrilateral.
