*He/she must have completed the age of 25 years.
*His/ her name must be there in the voters list.
*He/she must possess such other qualifications as may be prescribed under law made by the parliament.
*He/she should not be a government servant.

●the qualifications to be a member of a sabha ie either lok sabha or rajya sabha are :-

1. citizen of india,

2.must not be less than 25/30 years of age,

3.must possess such other qualification as may be prescribed under any law by parliament,

4.he should be registered as a voter in any of the parliamentary constituencies.
