i think , it is important to safe food because know a days human waste the food which is not good they cook extra food then they left and put it in dustbin this is not good .If food is left in ur home so give it to some poor people because they have no food and the food which we waste it is not going to waste we safe food in this manner. There is many techniques to safe food. So we always cook food only how much we need.
