Hello friend

Your answer is given below

Answer ( 1 ) => All vertebrates are chordates but all chordates are not vertebrates because all the vertebrates have notochord and Gill slits at least in their embryos but there are certain chordates like herdmania and Amphioxus which do not have vertebral column in any stage of their life cycle.

Answer ( 2 ) => In direct development, young one resembles the adult in morphology and physiology example human beings, while in indirect development, youngone differs from the adult in morphology and physiology example tadpole larva of frog.
