Answer :-

Given :-

  • Linear velocity = 10 m/s
  • Radius = 2 m

To Find :-

  • Angular velocity of body

Solution :-

Relationship between linear velocity and angular velocity :-

ω = v/r

where -

  • ω is angular velocity
  • v is linear velocity
  • r is radius of the circle

Substituting the values in formula :-

→ Angular velocity = 10 / 2

→ ω = 5

Angular velocity = 5 rad/s
