We know that if AD is a meadian of triangle ABC , then AB²+AC²=2AD²+1\2BC²
Since the diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other, therefore , BO and DO are meadian ofABC and ADC respectively.
AB²+BC²=2BO²+1\2AC² eq1
and
AD²+CD²=2DO²+1\2AC² eq2
NOW ADD Equation 1 and 2 we will get
=AB²+BC²+CD²+AD²=2(BO²+DO²)+AC²
=AB²+BC²+CD²+AD²=2(1\4BD²+1\4BD²)
=AD²+BC²+CD²+AD²=AC²+BD²
