The light falling on the centre of curvature is reflected back along the same path because the incident ray falls on the mirror along the normal to the reflecting surface.

Hey mate,

This is because if a tangent is drawn at the point of contact of mirror where the ray passes through the curvature and touches the mirror, then it would be 90 degree since radius of curvature is perpendicular to the tangent hence angle of incidence will coincide with the normal.
