Ques. There are two boxes A and B. Box A has three red and four blue balls. Box B has five red and two blue balls. Anya draws a ball from each bag randomly. What is the probability that both balls are red

Number of balls in each box = 7
Number of Red balls in box A = 3
Number of Red balls in box B = 5
Number of events​ = 7

The probability of getting two Red balls = 3/7

This is because when balls are drawn randomly from the boxes together, only​ three times we can get both as Red balls.

Therefore the probability of getting two Red balls is : 3/7
