sub: complaint about repeated increase of thiefs and robbery.

Dear sir,

IPS officer R K Sharma, now convicted for the murder of journalist Shivani Bhatnagar was remanded to police custody for 10 days by crime branch of Delhi Police after his surrender before an Ambala court in September 2002.

The case was being investigated by a special team and he had been booked under sections 302 (murder), 201 (destruction of evidence) and 120b (criminal conspiracy).
