Start, press Ctrl + A for the purpose of selecting the whole written document.

To make it aligned, related keys are: Ctrl + E for a center, Ctrl + R/L to right and left positioning, and Ctrl + J to justify the content.

Next for selection of heading purposes, press Ctrl + B for bold and Ctrl + U for Underline result.

Then next press  Ctrl + F to find the word, a box pops up will result, write 'safety' then replace it with type 'save'.Ultimately, to save the document, press Ctrl + S
