Here direction of given electric field is in x axis.For cube, there are two faces out of six faces which are in along x axis and four faces whose normal vectors are perpendicular to electric field, so due to these faces electric flux is zero because E⃗ .dS−→=Eds cos90=0.
For two surface whose normal vectors are in along x axis.Clearly area of both surface area equal and opposite direction so dS−→left surface=−dS−→rightt surface.
So flux due to these surface are equal and opposite in sign and adding to get net flux it becomes zero. So Net electric flux is zero.
In other way , clearly electric field is entering from left side of cube and emerges from right surface and both are equal so net flux is zero.
