10.411 [ because next digit (7) is greater than 5]
10.41 [ because next digit (1) is less than 5]
10.4 [because next digit (1) is less than 5 ]
hence, 10.4

(iii) 0.04597
0.0460 [ Because next digit (7) is greater than 5

(iv) 2808
2810[ because next digit is greater than 5 ]
