Constitutional guarantees for linguistic minorities in India are:-

Article 350A facilitates for instruction in mother-tongue at primary stage.

The constitution guarantees all citizens the right to 'conserve' their language.

All religious or linguistic minorities have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.
