Molecular formula of diborane is B2H6.and you know, B2H6 shows the banana bonding , where the 4 terminal B-H bonds are regular two cantered -two electron bonds (2c-2e) whereas bridge bonds (B-H-B) are three centered-two electron (3c-2e) bonds .
Hence, in B2H6 each boring atom is sp³ hybridized. hence option (c) is correct.
