concept :- single bonds are only sigma bond.
double bond contains one sigma bond and π-bond. triple bond contains two pi bonds and one sigma bond.

1. C6H6 : there are 12 sigma bonds and 3 π-binds .
2. C6H12 : there are 18 sigma bonds .
3. CH2Cl2 : there are four sigma bonds .
4. CH2=C=CH2: there are 6 sigma bonds and 2 π -bonds .
5. CH3NO2 : there are 6 sigma bonds and 1 π bond .
6. HCONHCH3 : there are 8 sigma bonds and 1 π- bond.
