Question 13.
                           I've taken under root = r
                        and multiplication sign = X

                            ( r3+1) upon root 3 - 1  = a + b root 3

           SOLVING LHS
         * Rationalizing The Denominator
           = r 3 + 1 / r3 -1 X  r3 + 1 / r3 + 1
           = ( r3 + 1 ) whole square upon ( r3) sq. - (r1) sq.
           = ( r3 ) sq. + ( 1 ) sq. + 2 X r3 X 1 upon 3 - 1
           =  3 + 1 + 2 root 3 upon 2
           =  4 + 2 root 3 upon 2                   [ 4 will be cancel out by 2 ]
           =  2 + 2 root 3        ans...

                           Therefore a = 2
                                    and b = 2 root 3
