1) It is the process of formation of male and female gametes.
2) We know that Gametes are Haploid cells.
3) Both mitotic and meiotic division takes place.
Embryogenesis :-
1) It is the process of formation of embryo from zygote.
2) We know that Gametes are Diploid cells.
3) Only mitotic division takes place.
