acceleration is present whenever there is change in velocity velocity is a vector quantity which can be changed by magnitude or direction or both .
here in this case magnitude is constant but the direction is continuously changing hence velocity is changing that's why it is said to be accelerated

Answer:
the motion of a body which is moving with constant speed in a circular path is said to be accelerated because when a body moves in a circular path it is moving with constant speed but its direction of speed which is velocity changes by time velocity change your point time is equal to acceleration hence we can say that if a body is moving in a circular path it is moving with constant speed but with accelerated velocity or accelerated motion
