According to mathematics STATEMENT is a sentence which is either True or False .

so, by above definition we know which type of sentence is a statement .

EX -1 : everyone in field is bold.
This is not a statement because from the context it's not clear that which field is here and the term bold is not clearly defined .

EX -2 : She is medical student this is also not a statement because who is she it's not clear .

EX -3 : AP > PQ it's not a statement because here , what is AP and what is PQ it's not clear .
