Question 2 Two numbers are in the ratio of 5: 8. If 9 be added to each, they are in the ratio of 8:11. Find the numbers. (Marks - 05)

Answer:

-»Let the first no. 5x and second 8x.

-» If 9 will be added to each, then:-

-» (5x+9):(8x+9) = 8:11
