Ionisation enthalpy depends upon electronic configuration of element and effective nuclear charge of that element . by this concept , we can say that
first Ionisation enthalpies of two isotopes of the same element are expected to be same . because isotopes have same electronic configuration and thus, the same nuclear charge.

Answer: Ionization enthalpy of any atom relies on its number of protons and electrons. But, the isotopes of any element have equal number of electrons and protons. Thus, the 1st ionization enthalpy of two isotopes of a single element is same.
