Here is your sketch of Bohr's model of an atom with three shells ==============================================================================

In this Bohr's model of the atom, positively charged nucleus is at the centre and negatively charged electrons revolve round the nucleus in 'fixed' energy levels (n= 1,2,3) or electrons shells ( K, L, M).
