Polygon:
A simple closed figure which is made up of line segments only is called a polygon.
At least 3 line segments are required to make a polygon.
Lines segments which form a polygon are called its sides the point of intersection of the sides of polygon are called is vertices.
E.g Triangles, quadrilaterals, pentagons, and hexagons are all examples of polygons.
