This is NYCTINASTY.
In darkness the bottom most surface of the petals of flowers grow at a faster rater than the upper most part of the flowers , forcing the flowers to shut up .

Answer:
"The 'closing' of a 'dandelion flower' at 'dusk' ( when it gets dark ) is not a tropism" because the direction of the dandelion flowers petal movement is not on the way of the stimulus light. That’s why the dandelion flowers are close in the night.
Explanation:
We know Tropism is closing of all parts in the right direction by external stimulus. So dandelion flowers close at night, because of this. It does not happen due to tropism.
