(c)AFFIRMATIVE ACTION:  

Indian constitution has included Directive Principles of State Policy. These principles are in the nature of the directions, instructions or recommendations to the various Governments and government agencies to be followed as fundamental in the Governance of the country. It shall be the duty of the state to apply this principle in making laws. Indian Constitution is full of affirmative action Right to Equality, Right to freedom, religious freedom, Social justice and community values are the main tenets of the Indian Constitution. But the western idea is different from Indian concept. Western countries do not believe in applying moral values of the 19th Century to the 21st century.
