13 sin A= 12

=> sin A = 12/13

let,

Perpendicular = 12x

hypotenuse = 13x

therefore, base =  \sqrt{ {(13x)}^{2}   -  {(12x)}^{2} }

= 5x

=> sec A = 13/5 and, tan A = 12/5

now the question is,

sec A - tan A

=> 13/5 -12/5

=> 1/5 = 0.2
