(i) Acceleration during the first two seconds -

a = (v-u)/t

a = (4.6-0)/2

a = 2.3 m/s²

(ii) Acceleration between second and tenth second -

a = (v-u)/t

a = (4.6-4.6)/8

a = 0 m/s²

(iii) Acceleration during the last two seconds -

a = (v-u)/t

a = (0-4.6)/2

a = -2.3 m/s²
