Hi friend ✋

Solution- Let r be the radius if the base and h be the height of the cylinder.Then.

Curved surface area=4.4m square
2πrh =4.4

=2×22/7×0.7×h=4.4

=h=[4.4×7/2×22×0.7)m

=1m

Thus, the height of the cylinder is 1 metre.

Right Circular cylinder:

Right circular cylinder is generated by revolution of a rectangular sheet about one of its side so the area of a rectangular sheet gives us the curved surface area of the cylinder and length of the rectangular sheet is equal to the circumference of the circular base.

========================================================

Let the height of the circular cylinder be h.

Given:

Radius of the base of cylinder(r) = 0.7 m

Curved surface area of a right circular cylinder  = 2πrh

Curved surface area of a right circular cylinder  = 4.4m²     (given)

2πrh = 4.4m²

2×22/7×0.7×h= 4.4

h=4.4/4.4=1m

h = 1 m

Hence, the height of the right Circular cylinder is 1 m.
