Heya user,

(7) --> Since, the tank is 3-4th filled with water,
---> HEIGHT = 3/4 * 20cm = 15cm

And hence,
we find the Inner Surface area of the cuboid with dimensions:->
------> 30 cm * 20 cm * 15 cm

Soo, the area in contact will be :->
== 2 ( lb + bh + lh ) - lb  <--------- [ Since, their is no roof of the tank xD ]
== 2 [ 30*20 + 20*15 + 30*15 ] - 30*20

Solving these, we get the Area as ---> 2100cm² ...

Hey There is Aishwary !!!

Given that -
l = 30 , b = 20 , h = 20
lbh of cuboidal also fish tank is fill already 3/4th of the height

i.e. h = 3/4 ×20 =15 cm

TSA of cuboid fish tank = 2( lb + bh + hl )

=> 2( 30×20 + 20×15+15×30)

=> 2( 600 + 300 + 450 )

=> 2 ( 1350)
=> 2700 cm ^2

but roof will not be there therefore
2700 - lb
=> 2700-600
==> 2100 cm^2

Hope this helps u
