(a) phosphorus,chlorine and sulphur can show disproportionation reaction,
P₄ + 3OH⁻ + 3H₂O -----> PH₃ + 3H₂PO₂
here, Phosphorus is oxidised as well as reduced.
similarly, for chlorine, Cl₂ + 2OH⁻ ------------>Cl⁻ + ClO⁻ +H₂O
for sulphur, S₈ + 12OH⁻ ------->4S²⁻ + S₂O₃ + 6H₂O
(b) manganese, copper and gallium can show disproportionation reaction :
for manganese,
2Mn³⁺ + 2H₂O -------------> MnO₂ + Mn²⁺ + 4H⁺
For copper,
2Cu⁺ --------------------------> Cu²⁺ + Cu
for gallium,
3Ga ----------------------------> Ga³⁺ + 2Ga
